Information About Points for Backpackers

As of right now, it is just .25 per book read for the tasks. We are still discussing how we want to handle FF words and points for them, if any.

So, points breakdown:
Round One:
State: Book read = .25
Country: Book read = .25
Transportation: Book read = .25
Detour (Choose ONE): Book read = .25

After Round One, there will no longer be a state location, only country.

Backpackers can skip any task they want, they can do them in any order they want.
