Dewey's Read-a-Thon April 2015.
It has now been nearly 12 hours and time for the Mid-Event Survey.
1. What are you reading right now?
I have just started The Woman in Black by Susan Hill
2. How many books have you read so far?
I have finished 2 books, in total 535 pages.
3. What book are you most looking forward to for the second half of the Read-a-thon?
Dead Heat by Patricia Briggs if I even get to it.
4. Have you had many interruptions? How did you deal with those?
I am lucky as I have had no interruptions.
5. What surprises you most about the Read-a-thon, so far?
This being my 8th read-a-thon nothing really surprises me but at the same time I won a prize in hour 12 and that is great when we are so many taking part.
It's hour 15. It's time to shake it all up, and maybe change the reading material for something lighter, faster, easier, funnier. You've earned it. Go for a graphic novel, a comedy, a poem, a book of verse, anything, but make a change, just for a few pages or chapters. Oh... and now is the time for one of those super snacks you've been saving! ;-) #TeamMrPopper
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on winning a prize! And having no interruptions also sounds pretty amazing. Happy readathoning and all the best as the hours count down!
ReplyDeleteWow! Eight readathons. You are a seasoned pro. What keeps you coming back?
ReplyDeleteCongrats on winning a prize. It is really quiet now. I can hear my cat snoring ;-) We are in the home stretch. Don't forget to move around a bit. Best of luck in achieving your read-a-thon goals. Happy reading! #TeamMrPopper
See that? It's the sun. Have a quick look outside. That's right, leave the imaginary world for a moment, take a quick walk around the garden, the city block, down to the store for another special treat - you've earned it. You've worked hard this read-a-thon, now enjoy the last couple hours. It's not over yet! #TeamMrPopper
